In general, everybody can update the map and add new entries, even without an account. But sometimes official Organisation need more control over their maps. orgTags give organisations the tool to have controlled maps where nobody else can change things directly.
orgTag-Owner can login to the clearance center https://openfairdb.org/clearance with their Token, to approve all changes, made by others. Only than, the change will appear in their iframes.
All this fuction is controlled by a little attribution to the URL i.e. &orgTag=m4h. Searchresults will be filtered according to the current clearance status. Unclear revisions of entries will either be removed or replaced by older, already cleared revisions. Unclear revisions of entries are expected to only exist temporarily for a short time frame until a newer version has been cleared.
If the provided hash tag is not moderated by any organization the results will not be filtered by clearance status.
Only a single tag can be specified, because filtering according to clearance by multiple organizations could produce ambiguous and conflicting results.
Only when used in search requests: The hash tag will be included in the query as a mandatory search criteria like any other tag. Omitting this parameter and instead appending the moderated hash tag as a regular tag to the tags parameter will also return unfiltered search results, i.e. current revisions of entries independent of their clearance status.
How do i get my controlled map?
This only works if you use the map via an Iframe or your individual URL. So you probably need an own website.
1. Get your Token

(Anleitung zum kartieren). Schreib uns bitte einfach eine Mail an netzwerk@kartevonmorgen.org mit dem von dir verwendeten #Hashtag und stelle sicher, dass du bereits als Pilot registriert bist.
2. Iframe-URL erstellen
Jetzt kannst du dir ganz normal den Iframe-Code holen, musst aber die URL manuell ergänzen, in dem du bei deiner gewünschten Ansicht ganz am Ende &orgTag=DeinHashtag anfügst. (Jeder Token ist mit einem Hashtag verknüpft, den du uns ja geschickt hast)
Diese URL fügst du nun ganz normal in dein Iframe-Code ein.
3. Änderungen freischalten
Zusammen mit dem Token wird unser “Pioneer of Change” dich über Änderungen per Mail benachrichtigen. Sobald dort eine Änderung eingeht, musst du dich auf
https://openfairdb.org/clearance
Mit deinem Token einloggen. Dort siehst du dann alle Änderungen übersichtlich aufgeführt:
Erst wenn du die Änderungen dort Akzeptiert hast, sollten sie auf deiner Karte sichtbar sein.
